Rates: $104.00, Single/Double, extra person $10.00 each, plus 9% Tax.
Rate is good three days before September 20th, and three days after September 26th. to receive the discounted rate be sure to book your room by the CUTOFF DATE of AUGUST 23RD.

Transportation from the Airport: Take a Taxi and get a receipt. The Hotel desk will reimburse you.
Full Breakfast Buffet included: Which will be served in the Hospitality Room, from September 22nd until the 27th, (day of departure), 6:30am to 9am. There may be schedule changes due to tours.
Hotel will Provide home baked cookies on Tuesday the 22nd at 6 PM, coffee, tea, and decaf, in the lobby.
Hotel will provide a one hour cheese and cracker reception with free beer, and wine on the day of our choice. Again depending on the tour dates.
Tours, and dates
Day One -
8:30AM Board Trolley and tour Portland with a stop at the Portland Headlight in Cape Elizabeth.
10:45AM drop off at Dimillos Restaurant/Long Wharf - on your own for lunch and shopping.
12:45PM Board the boat on Long Wharf for a 90 minute guided tour and cruise on Casco Bay.
3:00PM board the trolley and return to the hotel.
Day Two -
Located in the town of Bath we will visit the Maine Maritime Museum. At the Museum we will board a boat for a narrated cruise past the Bath Iron Works where the Arleigh Burke DDGs are built. After the cruise we will receive a guided tour of the Museum.

Freeport is home to a bunch of factory outlet stores, including the L.L. Bean Flagship store. Plenty of nearby shops, highly rated pubs and restaurants.

Day Three-
A short day... Board the buses at 0945 for a quick tour/shopping at Len Libbie's Candies - home of Lenny the 1700 lb chocolate moose. Then south to Foster's Downeast Clambake for lunch.
At 1330 we are back on the buses for the one hour trip back to our hotel.
The rest of the day you are free to visit any of the many shops, attractions, and pubs in Portland and environs.
Saturday, After Business Meetings, Hotel will offer a 15 Passenger van to transport our people to and from Portland's old Port Exchange.
Reunion Dinner will be Saturday, September the 26th. Pictures start at 4:30, cash bar in Banquet Hall, Parade Colors at 5:45, Prayer, and Two Bell Ceremony. Dinner at 6:00, or 1800.
